BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter referred to as the Fund)-a charity that It focuses on assisting internally displaced persons (IDPs), persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons with increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. Since the beginning of the war in eastern Ukraine, as well as after a full -scale invasion, the Fund monitored the situation of protection of IDP rights, providing legal assistance and strengthening a humanitarian response in different regions of Ukraine.

From the beginning of a full-scale invasion, the Poltava region has become a place where a large number of internally displaced persons are concentrated. This region has become a kind of reference point for those who have been forced to leave their hometown and villages and are to this day the place where people remain after moving and continue to rebuild their own lives. Facilitator's position will function The main activity is in Mirgorod . The main task is to organize measures to improve the integration of IDPs into the community and support specialists of social institutions. The specialist will be guided by the norms of the current legislation in the social sphere and to work on the methodology of the BF "Right to Protection".

  • Higher Education in the Field of Social, Administrative, Pedagogical or Related Industries;

  • Social Adaptation Experience, Humanitarian Programs or IDPs;

  • The experience of organizing activities or cooperation with social institutions;

  • Excellent communication skills, responsibility, organization;

  • Knowledge of Computer Programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • A business trips and work in a dynamic environment;

  • Tolerance to Gender, Age, Religious and Ethnic Diversity;

  • Experience with intra-transformed persons-will be an advantage;

  • Understanding of Humanitarian Principles.
