Coordinator/ka arrival in Red Cross Ukraine

Main tasks:

1. Ensuring the organization and control of the provision of social adaptation services. Management and management of daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the project. To conduct internal and external communication related to the project. 
2. Create and manage a highly efficient team, developing a culture of cooperation and perfection among workers and volunteers. Take responsibility for coordination and organization of arrivals.
3. close cooperation with the financial team. Budget planning, control over budget costs. Declaration for tender purchases, financial and descriptive reports.

   Requirements:

   1. Higher Education (Bachelor and above) in the direction of management, Sociology
   2. The advantage will be personal experience in humanitarian/international organizations
   3. readiness for regular business trips
   4. At least 6 months of experience in coordination of humanitarian projects
   5. Free Knowledge Basics of planning, monitoring and reporting in projects. 
   6. Communication experience with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy, ability to get out of a difficult situation. 
   7. High level of adaptability, attentiveness, analytical skills, stress resistance.
   8. The ability to work independently and in a team, the ability to make decisions independently.
   9. developed organizational, executive and communicative Skills as well as stress management skills.

   11. TrueNo skills in working with Microsoft 365 (Excel. Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
