the position of the facilitator will function within the framework of the IDP social adaptation program in Poltava region. The main activity is in Mirgorod . The main task is to organize measures to improve the integration of IDPs into the community and support specialists of social institutions. The specialist will be guided by the norms of the current legislation in the social sphere and to work on the methodology of the BF "Right to Protection".  

responsibilities and responsibilities:

organization of social adaptation measures for IDPs and communities in Mirgorod ;
• Conducting trainings, facilitation sessions, surveys and data collection, further systematization;
• advice on community integration and adaptation to new living conditions;
• Development information materials and visual content for activities; 
• Registration of participants, analysis of their needs;
• Provision of communication with communities, local MPs and other interested parties; ;
• Provision of psychological and information support to participants;
• Control of the implementation of quantitative and qualitative indicators of measures;
• compliance with privacy in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine; > Understanding and compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Fund policies. education in the field of social, administrative, pedagogical or related fields;
• experience in social adaptation, humanitarian programs or IDPs; 
• experience in organizing activities or cooperation with social institutions;
• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, organization;
• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint );
• a business trip and work in a dynamic environment;
• Tolerance to gender, age, religious and ethnicitythat diversity;
• experience with internally transformed persons will be an advantage;
