Parium-an international product company-developer of mobile and computer games. We are expanding the external support team for Raid players: Shadow Legends - Collection MMORPG in dark fantasy paradise. 

audience of the project-over 100 million players. They participate in PV- and PVP-boats, collect their own collection of more than 850 unique heroes, and win a team in team fights. The game is available on , Android and PC/Mac .

Working hours (time specified in Kiev, GTM +2): << Br/> 1. Evening shift 18:30 - 03:00 from Sunday to Thursday.
2. Night shift 21:30 - 06:00 from Tuesday to Saturday.

you will

• Investigate game situations for players and answer users;

• process Bag-Reports and Make Technical Reports;

• interact with a team of developers, testers and games. From you

  • Knowledge of English at Advanced level );

  • Interest of games and understanding of the game process mechanic;

  • Skills of effective communication and understanding of the principles of communication with clients; >

  • skills of time management and ability to work in multitasking mode;

  • availability of Ukrainian citizenship or work permission in Ukraine. /

  • Game experience in the genre MMORPG;
