Export logistics manager in Syngenta

Syngenta is looking for an experienced specialist to manage the export logistics of grain shipments and coordinate of international deliveries.

Key responsibilities:

• Organization of grain cargo transportation by road, rail transport (grain trucks, container transportation) in domestic (river and sea ports of Ukraine) and international (EU, Baltic countries).
• Negotiations with foreign partners, carriers, forwarders; business correspondence.
• Logistics supply chain planning according to the terms and scope of contracts.
• Finding reliable carriers, forwarders and transshipment terminals.
• Calculation of logistics costs, conducting tenders, monitoring of prices.
• Control of transportation and daily tracking of transport.
• Interaction with carriers and JSC Ukrzaliznytsia (E-portal, AS-mesplan).
• Maintenance of document flow, mutual settlements (SAP) and claim work.
• Expense distribution in Graintrack.
• Issuance of accompanying documentation (TTN, railway waybills), application of Incoterms 2010.
• Working with elevators: shipment planning, document processing.

Requirements:

• Experience in export logistics grain cargo from 2 years.
• Knowledge of the specifics of rail and road transportation.
• Experience of working with international deliveries (EU, Baltic).
• Proficient in English (negotiations, correspondence).
• Experience in SAP, Graintrack or similar systems.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2010, ZED document flow.
• Experience of working with the E-portal, AS-mesplan of Ukrzaliznytsia.
• Skills in conducting negotiations, tenders, claims work.
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, responsibility.
