Expert on the creation of a social center (remote workplaces) in the Ustiluz community of the Volyn region at the Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights in Ukrayinska Merezha za prava ditini, GS

Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.

Duties:

- carrying out an assessment of the social needs of the community, where it is planned to create a social center, analyze demographic, economic and social conditions, define target groups and specific services that will be provided on the basis of the center.

-concept and strategy development byformulation of the mission and tasks of the social center, description of goals and main areas of work, creation of a short-term, medium-term and long-term development plan of the center;

- development of a description of the services that will be provided at the center (psychological support, legal consultations, etc.), determine the form of service provision: individual consultations, group classes, trainings, master classes, cultural and sports events;

-development of the personnel structure by determining the roles and functions of the center's personnel: social workers, psychologists, lawyers, determining the qualification requirements for specialists and professional standards;

-development of a monitoring system to assess the quality of services provided and the effectiveness of the center's work, determination of performance indicators and results (customer satisfaction, social adaptation, changes in people's living conditions), development of mechanisms for adjusting strategy and services based on feedback of communication;

-reporting to the Organizer on the results of the work carried out.

Requirements:

- higher education in the relevant field of study

- coaching experienceof work for at least 5 years;

- general work experience in the field of social services and social work for 5-10 years;

- have positive experience in strategy development and recommendations for creating a social center from 3 to 5 years, incl. online;

- development experience- high level of knowledge of national legislation on the protection of rights child, creating and providing social services;

- excellent presentation/teaching skills /compilation of documentation.
