Experienced Product Manager for SaaS Product in Cinderblock

We are Cinderblock, a product company building the world's easiest-to-use job management app for contractor, and we're currently looking for a product manager to help us take our product to the next level.

Requirements:
 

• Proven track record as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner within the SaaS industry.
• Strong written and spoken English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead without being closely managed.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, coupled with experience navigating the dynamic (and often chaotic) environment of a startup.
• A solid understanding of the software development life cycle.

Some of things you'll do:
 

• Collaborate closely with the entire product development team (from the business side through to development), communicating feature development goals and ensuring development stays on track.
• Plan feature development and product goals.
• Manage sprints, which includes having an understanding of the product so you can describe tasks and expectations.
• Schedule and host team meetings.
• Make product presentations during team meetings.
• Keep an eye on team workload, deadlines, and progress, to ensure results match expectations.
• Ensure product documentation and changelogs are up to date.

We have a web and mobile app, and are live in the market with real paying users, but in terms of market growth are still at an early startup stage.

About our product team:

We have a friendly and talented product team, which includes 1 Head of Product, 1 Product Manager, 3 Product Designers, 7 Developers (across web and mobile), 1 QA Manager, and 1 QA.

Time zone:
 

You will be working on a mostly CET/EET (European) time zone, but with some overlap with EST to ensure you can communicate with the team in the U.S.
