Psychologist, confidence coach for teenagers in Teens Academy

We are looking for a psychologist who will work with teenagers aged 12-18, conduct trainings on communication, development of communication skills and confidence, social intelligence, as well as counseling teenagers and their parents.

Main duties:

• Leading of communication and confidence development groups for teenagers offline in Kharkiv and online.
• Conducting individual and group consultations for teenagers and their parents.
• Organizing and conducting trainings, developmental classes and group psychotherapy.

Requirements:

• Specialty "Psychology".
• Professional experience in working with groups, conducting trainings, developmental classes and group psychotherapy will be an advantage.
• Welcome to participate in volunteer projects, trainings and additional training programs, if there is no significant professional experience.

Work schedule:

• Hybrid schedule with the possibility to choose a convenient schedule.
• Preferably weekends and afternoons, as this is the time when teenagers can attend classes.
