Public Broadcasting is looking for an executive producer for one of its flagship projects: Eurovision.
There are two contests in the Eurovision family: the adult Eurovision, which gathers millions of viewers and a spectrum of bright representatives of the music industry, and the children's Eurovision, which has become a platform for the development of young talents.
We expect from the candidate the ability to work with large-scale projects, knowledge of the field of music and audiovisual production, and the desire to make an important contribution to the positive image of our country in the international arena.
Key functions:
- Planning the production of Eurovision projects (adult and children's Eurovision): formation of checkpoints, budgets, teams, organization of production processes, involvement of third-party producers and partners as needed.
- Development of a package of project documents and provisions in accordance with the internal regulations of the company, analysis of results and corresponding adjustment of plans.
- Organization and control of content production at each stage of project implementation, including national selection, diaries, pre-show, participant preparation to an international competition, national and international broadcasts.
- Interaction with internal (internal production department, television, radio, digital Public Broadcasting platforms) and external (third-party contractors, winners of tenders and/or competitions) content producers within project.
- Communication and documentary support of relations with counterparties, incl. supervision of contracts, public procurement procedures, art competitions.
- Interaction with representatives of the music industry, including artists, labels and artist management, music experts, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in a managerial profession - at least 5 years and in the media - at least 3 years.
- Experience in managing projects and large cross-functional teams .
- Understanding of the audiovisual market and the creative and technological process of audiovisual content production.
- Skills in working with electronic document management.
- Experience in working with public procurement and in the music industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team, a creative approach to tasks.
- Higher education (master's degree/specialist) in one of the specialties: "Journalism", "Audiovisual art and production" , "Publishing and editing".
