Operations director, manager of the hotel complex in Peremoga

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Operations Director to manage a suburban hotel complex.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operational activities of the hotel complex.
• Ensuring a high standard of service for all guests.

  • Managing hotel staff including hiring, training and evaluating employees.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase gross profit and ensure business growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and sanitary standards.

  We expect the successful candidate to:

  • Experience of working in the hotel business in the position of Operations Director or similar for at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge and understanding of modern hotel service standards, knowledge of management programs and software (Servio, Сheck-box, Poster, etc.).
  • High organization and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Higher education in hotel management or a related field.
  • Interested in developing a promising hotel project
