• 5+ years of operational management experience activities in food retail, in particular with production facilities.

• Confidence in quick decision-making, deep understanding of operational standards and regulatory requirements.

• < p>Experience in opening new locations, launching services and optimization business processes.

• Developed personnel management skills: team formation, implementation of motivational programs, retention of key employees.

• Ability to build trusting relationships in the team to increase its effectiveness.

 Basic tasks: 

• Implementation of the budget and ensuring the profitability of the network.

• Monitoring and analysis of financial indicators.

• Development and implementation of operational strategies to increase sales, profitability and efficiency.

• Crisis management situations and implementation of continuous improvements in business processes.

• Control of income, expenses, resource planning and cost optimization.

• Analysis market and competitors to adapt the business to the needs of customers.

• Controlling the daily operational activities of supermarkets in in the city of Lutsk and in the region.

• Organization of personnel training and development, reduction of staff turnover, implementation of motivational measures.

• Ensuring quality of customer service.
