What will you do at WORKIT:

• Meet and communicate with residents of the co-working space, solving problems, maintaining friendly relations
• Work with incoming requests by phone, in messengers and e-mail by mail
• Take care of residents' comfort and help with solving issues
• Work in the CRM system and with software (if there is no experience - we will teach you) >

  What we expect from you:

  • Experience in a similar position or as an administrator/office manager, secretary/personal assistant is welcome, but we also appreciate a strong desire to develop and learn new things
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Mobility, energy, responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team and quickly adopt solution
