3DDevice is an international company in the field of 3D technologies (3D printers, scanners, materials, engineering solutions), represented in several countries.
We are not looking for a "marketing philosopher", but a practical Head of Marketing, who is responsible not for beautiful presentations, but for the real growth of leads, applications and revenues in all the countries where the company is present.
Your zone Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the marketing of a group of companies in all countries where the business is represented, and you will manage the marketing teams of these markets.
Your task is to build a system that consistently generates a measurable result.
Your daily reality:
* Together with the heads of the areas, form a growth plan: which products, in which markets, through which channels are being scaled.
* Personally dive into the performance direction: SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, remarketing, email marketing, marketplaces, landings, analytics (GA4, Pixel, CRM reports).
* Analyze and list the funnel: from lead to paid order, find "bottlenecks" and, together with the sales department, close them.
* Plan marketing budget based on numbers: CPA, ROI, LTV, margin, payback period.
* Set specific KPIs for the team (leads, applications, conversions, CPL, ROMI) and monitor the indicators weekly.
* Launch and systematically practice participation in exhibitions, conferences and partnership activities with clear goals and counting results.
We expect you to you have:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing.
* 2-3 years of experience in a position where you were personally responsible for the result in leads / applications / revenue, and not just for brand recognition.
* Real experience in launching or relaunching performance channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, remarketing).
* Experience in building or optimizing a sales funnel together with the sales department.
* Experience with a B2B product or a complex technical solution will be a significant advantage.
* Confident command of analytics: GA4, advertising cabinets, basic dashboards, ability to form insights, not just analyze graphs.
* Ability to speak to the business in the language of numbers: cost per lead, conversion rate, LTV, margin, payback.
* English language not below the Intermediate level (correspondence with partners, documentation, participation in international events).
Important soft skills:
* You are not afraid to "put your hands" into an advertising office, CRM or analytical dashboard, if it is necessary to make a decision.
* You are able to prioritize rigidly, but reasonably: what brings money - in focus; what is "for the image" without a measurable effect is postponed.
* You work effectively in multitasking conditions: several countries, several product areas, simultaneously online and offline activities.
* You take responsibility for the result, not for the process.
