Main responsibilities:

• Implementation of the company's long-term development strategy and annual budget. Ensuring the implementation of strategic plans and achieving targets.
• Participation in the formation of the development strategy in the domestic market and its further implementation.
• Ensuring the implementation of the external development strategy (international markets), developed at the level of the group of companies.
• Analysis of the company’s performance, business profitability management, analysis of financial indicators and implementation of corrective measures.
• Initiation and implementation of investment programs and projects Control of their implementation and evaluation of effectiveness.
• Coordination of the development of new areas of activity. Control and coordination of strategic and tactical marketing activities.
• Effective management of the activities of all company divisions.
• Building and development of the company's operating model (processes, structure, KPI). Implementation of a regular management system and management standards.
• Control of implementation of strategic initiatives and key projects.
• Interaction with business owners, preparation of management reporting and participation in management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economic, technical or managerial). MBA will be an advantage.
• CEO / COO / Executive Director level experience.
• Experience in technical or engineering manufacturing companies
• Experience in managing business, budgets and financial indicators.
• Strong expertise in strategic and operational management.
• Experience in implementing investment and transformation projects.
• Understanding the full cycle of creation of the product: from development to production.
• Ability to work with analytics and make decisions based on indicators.
• Fluent English.
