Tasks:

- 

Operational management and control

• Process tuning: Creation and optimization of daily work procedures so that the company works as a single mechanism.
• Control of indicators (KPI): Tracking the performance of divisions and execution plans.
• Resource management: Allocation of budgets, human resources and technologies to achieve goals. 
• Implementation of strategy

• Transformation of ideas into action: If the CEO decides where the company is going, then the COO determines exactly how it will get there.
• Project management: Overseeing the introduction of new products or entering new markets.
• Development of corporate culture: Formation an environment where employees understand their tasks and are motivated to perform them.
• Hiring of top management: Participation in the selection of managers of key areas.

Finances and reporting

• Cost control: Monitoring of operating costs and finding ways to reduce them without loss of quality.
• Reporting to the CEO and owners: Preparation of regular reports on the state of affairs in the company and the implementation of the business plan.
• Ensuring stability: Creating a system where the company remains stable even in difficult times.
