Executive Coach (Business & Leadership Development) Project-Based / Part-Time in Montbast Sp. z o.o.

A EU based company operating in the industrial construction sector is seeking an Executive Coach for project-based, part-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-to-1 coaching sessions with Board Members (total: 11 executives)

• Support leaders in areas of:

  • Leadership development

  • Business growth and strategic thinking

  • People management and organizational effectiveness

• Provide structured, confidential, and results-oriented coaching aligned with business goals

The company is currently in a phase of rapid growth, therefore long-term or permanent cooperation may be considered in the future.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field

• Coaching certification from any recognized coaching federation

• Minimum 3 years of professional coaching experience

• At least 5,000 hours of coaching practice

• Proven experience delivering similar executive or leadership coaching projects (documentation or references preferred)

• Language proficiency (C1 level) in English and/or Russian / Polish

• Remote (online) work format

• Project-based, part-time workload: approximately 10–12 hours per week

• Compensation: from €100 per coaching session

• B2B contract with a European company

• Opportunity for extended cooperation as the company scales
