How we see our seo-professor:
You have experience in the fields of event management, or employee experience You have successful experience in the organization internal and external events - both online and offline (in the EU will be a plus)
English - Upper-Intermediate and above (must-have)
You have communication skills, you know how to build warm relationships within the team
You have experience with internal communications (news, digests, interactive formats, social networks)
You like detail, you have an eye for organization and the ability to plan everything to minutes
You work confidently with Google Workspace, Canva, Figma or similar tools
You know how to collect and analyze feedback and performance metrics (satisfaction rate, engagement, event attendance)
Here are the tasks your work will be filled with a day at SeoProfy:Planning and organization of events:
Organization of team events, team building, holidays, internal marathons (online/offline, Ukraine and EU)
Participation in the organization of external events - conferences, events for partners or potential candidates
Development of annual calendar of events, coordination with HR, Design, Finance, Leadership
Control of budget, timings, gifts, design, technical support
Collection and analysis of feedback, preparation of reports
Office support and administrative tasks:
Ensuring a comfortable office environment: purchases, registration, technical support
Organization of greetingsand individual surprises: onboarding/welcome packs, birthdays
Coordination with suppliers and service contractors
HR support in the logistics of business trips, adaptation, meetings
Internal communications and Experience Branding:
Creation of internal news, information campaigns, design of monthly digests
Maintenance of Slack, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and internal portal
Preparation of visual and text materials: event reports, greetings, presentations
Work on internal brand of the employer, support of the company's culture and its values
