Business analyst in Logika, TOV, Konstruktorske byuro

We are looking for a Business analyst who will be responsible for formalizing requirements, preparing technical documentation and daily interaction with development teams in a game development project with a military theme. We need a person who is able to dive deeply into the specifics, organize large sets of data, work with large volumes of documents.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in military projects and civilian direction (development of training simulators);
• Formation of product goals in accordance with the needs of the client and strategic goals of the company;
• Analysis of customer needs, formalization of requests into product requirements;
• Development of business and technical requirements for the functionality of simulators (hardware + software part);
• Formalization of feedback, adaptation of requirements in the process development;
• Writing and maintenance of project technical documentation (TOR, functional requirements, User Story, Use Case);
• Communication with the client, gathering initial information at the Discovery stage (including during business trips);
• Transferring clear requirements to the internal team;
• Participation in technical discussions;
• Interaction with developers, engineers, technical writers and project managers.

Expectations from the candidate:

• 2 years of experience as an analyst;
• Strong technical and system writing skills documentation;
• Higher technical/engineering education or equivalent experience in related fields;
• Understanding of physical, engineering, technical processes - at the level of a confident user or analyst;
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, ability to work with a backlog and development team;
• Experience in forming TK, functional requirements;
• Understanding development principles hardware and software;
• Well-developed communication skills;
• Ability to analyze large volumes of information, draw objective conclusions and make decisions;
• Confident use of a Windows-based PC, office programs (Word, Excel, PDF);
• Self-organization, attention to details, logical thinking.

Desirable:

• Understanding the principles of operation of military equipment (tracked, wheeled, air defense, aircraft, etc.);
• Experience in participating in projects with a technical or defense component.
