LUN is a Ukrainian product IT company. We develop PropTech platforms that help people comfortably choose housing online. We have been innovating in the field of real estate since 2008. Our products for renting and buying housing are used by people in Ukraine and in European countries.

One of our products RIELTOR.UA is a service for accommodation and search for housing for rent and sale in Ukraine. The service is aimed at professional realtors who help users find housing.

We work closely with our customers and build our relationships not only online on the platform, but also offline, so we are looking for an Operation Event manager who will help our business team create the best customer experience and wow effect for our customers - realtors, real estate agencies and other partners.

What you will do:

• you will come up with and develop branded merch and gifts
• you will actively work with contractors (your own for the sale of merch, souvenir production, etc.)
• you will be engaged in sending merch
• you will organize business seminars for up to 100 people (rental/catering/guest registration) on a regular basis
• you will participate in the organization and support of other marketing projects (filming, launch of advertising in social networks, support of our accounts in messengers and social networks)

About you: < /p>

• you have experience in organizing events and working with contractors
• you have experience working as an office manager (not required, but it will be a plus)
• an active user by new mail (sometimes you need to send up to 1000 gifts :) )
• you consider yourself a highly organized, structured and energetic person
• you like to work with non-standard tasks
• you are interested in social networks and captures the process of generating ideas, collecting references and shooting reels/tik tok videos

1st stage - getting to know our recruiter

2nd stage - getting to know the business team leader and event manager

3rd stage - test task

We regularly gather at the Friday lounge to relax, chat or hold a charity auction in support of the Armed Forces.
