Event Manager/Program Specialist in Veteran Hab

The communication department of our organization invites a program manager to join its team

The Program Manager will create an event program and establish contacts with the veteran community and stakeholders in Kyiv, so that the Veteran Hub space becomes a point of attraction for the community.

Entrusted area of ​​responsibility for the position::

• determining priorities in the work of the program direction and building the program of the structural division on their basis ;
• search for organizations, companies, initiatives for conducting joint activities or strengthening the capabilities of the program direction and supporting communication with them;
• planning, organization of events and activities;
• preparation of the budget of the direction and the budget of individual events;
• maintaining groups of the event direction in messengers and filling them with participants;
• presenting the organization during the event, informing listeners about the work of the organization, event plan, response on request
• formation of reporting documentation of the program direction

Qualification requirements:

• 2 years of experience in organizing events;
• good knowledge of local stakeholders and the ability to establish partnerships
• possession of business communication and correspondence skills ;
• understanding of the work structure of the field of veteran affairs;
• English language level — Intermediate;
• high level of responsibility;
• ability to form and conduct presentations;
• high level of empathy;
• developed communication and organizational skills.
