ABOUT US:

The Care in Action organization was founded in Germany in 1998 to meet the primary needs of children in Ukraine. The subsidiary organization "Care in Action" in Lviv was founded in 2011. Since then, we have been creating and providing services and implementing programs that build resilience and help cope with life's challenges for orphans, children deprived of parental care, children from socially vulnerable groups, and children and youth in difficult life circumstances.

Our organization is opening a vacancy for the position of Sponsorship Program Coordinator in the Department of Individual Support for Children.

You will work to improve the lives and opportunities of children and youth from socially vulnerable segments of the population by meeting their critical needs, development their abilities, professional training and providing access to the knowledge necessary for their development and self-fulfillment.

Our ideal candidate:

• has a higher education in majors: social work, management, psychology
• knows English at the B2 level and above
• has administrative skills, reporting and good organizational skills
• understands the basics of psychology and of related disciplines
• able to establish communication and recognize individual needs and interests
• tactful, diplomatic, disciplined, communicative
• well versed in MS Office (especially Excel)
• observes the principle of confidentiality of information
• high level of self-organization and the ability to work in a team
• experience in international and Ukrainian non-governmental organizations / projects, as well as experience in the social sphere will be an advantage

Working hours: 09:30 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday
