OSCHADBANK invites a Project Manager to the team >ESG

Key tasks:

• Participation in the development of the Bank's environmental and social management system (ESMS)
< li>Initiation and coordination of bank-wide projects in the field of sustainable development, environmental impact management, green finance and ESG. Cooperation with business lines, support units of the Bank
• Implementation of programs and practices aimed at the development of diversity, inclusion and well-being of employees, taking into account research and best market practices
• Participation in the formation of partnerships with by international financial institutions in the direction of ESG
• Analysis of the Bank’s key indicators in the field of sustainable development and ESG, preparation of analytical reports and recommendations.

For this position it is necessary

strong>:

• Experience in the field of sustainable development, ESG, social policy, research or analytics in the corporate sector or in private consulting
• Experience implementation of CSR / social projects
• Understanding the principles of sustainable development, ESG standards, their impact on processes and modern approaches
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports related to social indicators
• Experience in preparing reports according to GRI standards and knowledge of CSRD will be an advantage
• Knowledge of English at level B2 or higher
