WHAT WILL BE DONE?

• Coordination IT project for the development and optimization of corporate ERP systems: (Administration of 1C (modules - payroll, personnel management, fleet management, etc.); Microsoft Dynamics BC system administration Administration of the system on time; Partial administration of the Medoc system. (creating backup copies of the system on the server, updating the system; Integration between DMS and Vchasno, Vchasno and 1C programs).
• Creating backup copies of IT systems on servers, updating systems, creating users systems, distribution of licenses between users.
• Organizational work on translation of internal documents with employees into electronic format for integration with the IT system.
< li>Preparation and formation of a request database (technical tasks) for changing the configuration or structure of corporate IT systems from company departments, with further implementation control and reporting, in accordance with the best practices of project management.< li>Coordination of cooperation with internal clients and external developers of software and systems for the successful implementation of project tasks and goals, within the framework of the approved budget and deadlines.
• Management of contracts and control of related financial processes with suppliers, developers and counterparties, within the framework of responsibility for the implementation of IT projects. Participation in the preparation of contracts, mutual settlements, negotiations with contractors
• Preparation of annual tenders to find optimal IT partners necessary for cooperation.
• Evaluation and control implementation of IT projects with the determination of possible directions for improvement and optimization of IT systems. Providing regular reporting on IT projects.

OUR TEAM NEEDS A COLLEAGUE WHO HAS:

• Higher technical education, preferably in the field of information technologies.
• Experience in administration of office software and IT systems ( MS Windows; MS Office, Citrix, ServiceDesk);
• ERP administration experiencetrong>-systems: 1C, Microsoft Dynamics.
• System administration experience: Vchasno, Medok
• Understanding the basics of network technologies in IT, the principles of building and operating networks and Active directory, GPO, Windows Server;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• English — Intermediate;
• Ability to learn quickly, initiative and sociability.
