System Analyst (Creatio) in SkyUp Airlines

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a System Analyst (Creatio) to join our team. If you can and want to work in a dynamic environment in a team of challengers, have a proactive position - welcome U aboard?

The role involves:

• Collection and analysis of business requirements from customers for system implementation and configuration Creatio.
• Development and documentation of technical tasks for developers, including descriptions of business processes, interfaces and functional requirements.
• Interaction with the development team to ensure the implementation of customer requirements in the Creatio system.

• Configuration and customization of the Creatio system according to customer needs.
• Testing of new functions and modules, as well as preparation of recommendations for their improvement.
• Support of system users, including conducting training and consultations.
• Participation in the development and implementation of new business processes and solutions based on Creatio.
• Setup and configuration of PowerAutomate, work with SharePoint lists.

We expect from you:

• Experience as a system analyst or in a similar role for at least 2 years.
• Deep understanding of the principles of operation and configuration of the Creatio (bpm'online) system.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as developing technical documentation.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases and REST API experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to analyze and describe business processes .
• High communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with the team and customers.
• Independence, responsibility and result orientation.
• Higher education in the field of information technology, computer computer science or related fields.
• Experience with other CRM systems or boardsforms to automate business processes will be a plus.
• Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1 for working with technical documentation.
• Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Excel and Sharepoint (experienced user ), Jira Software, Jira Helpdesk, PowerShell, PowerAutomate.
