ERP Project Manager in Ajax Systems

The project manager will be responsible for the supervision and successful implementation of the ERP system implementation project, in particular:

For cooperation with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient management of the enterprise transformation project;

Manage end-to-end planning and delivery, from project inception to completion, while ensuring high quality standards and on-time delivery;

Using SDLC and project management tools , implementation of hybrid project implementation methodologies and effective management of team resource plans.

Requirements:

• Understanding ERP implementation methodology and integrations with other systems;
• Excellent analytical skills, negotiation skills and solving complex issues;
• Understanding the development life cycle software;
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams;
• Experience in project management of ERP enterprise-class solutions, including technical projects for upgrades, data migration, integrations;
• Project management certificates;
• English - intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of a software development project, including defining project scope and strategic requirements, roadmap planning, budgeting, design, development, testing;
• Balance between established business -requirements, milestones, project goals, stated terms and costs for implementation;
• Ensuring the implementation of the project strategy; making management decisions to achieve timely and high-quality project results;
• Lead and manage project groups (by own, other related groups involved in the project by external partners) and ensure operational efficiency;
• Organize the exchange of information between project groups to update the status, determine priorities, manage changes, risks and problems;

• Creation and management of cooperation channels between the project team, key business users, stakeholders, representatives and involved specialistsIT department heads;
• Anticipate, monitor and satisfy the needs, interests, and requests of project stakeholders, as well as provide transparent, regular and accurate updates and reports on project progress;

• Responsibility for results to stakeholders at any point in the project
