Experience and skills of the ideal candidate for this role:

• complete higher education: business economics, accounting and auditing or in the direction of information technologies

• experience in preparing technical documentation, technical requirements and setting tasks

• knowledge of SQL and experience from 1 year with ERP systems (preferably IT-Enterprise).

• willingness to work in a team and focus on a positive result

• basic knowledge of architecture software and automation systems, knowledge of IT-Enterprise configuration

• mastery of methods for assessing customer needs and tasks

• system thinking, communication, and result orientation

  
  

  400"> processing of user requests in the direction of IT-enterprise support and development. Analysis of problems, assessment of necessary work

• participation in the processes of introducing new modules, changes in current modules

• setting technical tasks for developers

• development testingfunctional

• consultative user support

• conducting training for the customer on conducting business processes in the ERP system, training users, conducting presentations to customers

• conducting presentations of the functionality of the ERP system to the customer

• examination and analysis of the customer's business processes for readiness for the introduction of an automated system

• conducting surveys of business processes (as is), analysis and modeling of business processes (to be) in accordance with current accounting and tax legislation
