Alliance15 representatives - Welthungerhilfe (WHH), Concern Worldwide and Cesvi - have been working together in Ukraine since February 2022, using their combined resources to ensure a quick and effective response to emergencies and provide assistance to the crisis-affected population. The project known as JERU (Joint Emergency Response in Ukraine) works in Ukraine to support people affected by the conflict.

Content of activity in the position: Carry out phone calls for registration, verification and calls after receiving help from project participants; conduct face-to-face conversations with project participants; collect data of project participants; be involved in market price monitoring.

Tasks

• MEAL  assistant collects information related to the implementation of the plan of the        JERU monitoring department, conducting: 1) phone calls; 2) personal interviews;        3) work in focus groups.
• Collect  data of project participants regarding the implementation of the plan of the        JERU monitoring department
• Make sure        that all data is entered correctly and, if necessary, contact the manager for      support.
• Report        any problems that arise during the performance of the activity.
• MEAL      assistant performs he is assigned the duties of the technical      task of the relevant monitoring activity.
• Participate in monthly price monitoring

Participate in traininggah professional development

Assist the MEAL officer in monitoring visits

• Ensure        acquaintance with the rules of occupational safety and environmental protection        and observes all relevant provisions and regulations on        occupational safety and environmental protection environment.
• Ensure        and take an active part in improving the quality of work processes. 
• Observe the rules of labor discipline, the rules of safety, occupational health and fire safety, sanitary rules at work and hygiene, regulations and rules on occupational safety and environmental protection.

Qualification requirements for the Employee:

• Incomplete higher or higher education. 
• Work experience of at least 1 year.
