Manager (social apartment) in Ukrayinska fundaciya gromadskogo zdorov'ya

We need - Manager of a social apartment.

Duration of the project: September 2024 - June 2026 year 

Role: is responsible for providing victims with access to temporary housing and receiving comprehensive services, coordinates work employees of a social apartment and interaction with other services, such as mobile brigades, crisis centers and other organizations, to provide complex support to the victims, is responsible for the material and technical support for the social apartment.

Requirements for candidates:

• higher education in social work\psychology; 

• minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position; 

• ability to interact effectively with different social groups; 

• ability to maintain confidentiality and respect rights and dignity; 

• flexibility in behavior and stress management in changing robot conditions; 

• experience of successful organization of personnel work;

• proven management experience staff;

• knowledge and strict adherence to professional ethical standards. 

Requirements for thelanguages:

• modern Ukrainian literary language is fluent.

Duties (include, but are not limited to):

• ensuring the effective functioning of a social apartment: organizing the process of identifying potential clients, ensuring the process of rehabilitation and socialization of female clients according to the methods of the IBF "Ukrainian Public Health Foundation";
• personnel management and control over the activities of social workers apartments;
• performance of organizational and administrative functions related to the provision of various types of assistance to clients and the functioning of the social apartment in general;
• control over the maintenance of primary accounting documentation for the project;
• protection, preservation and observance of confidentiality regarding the beneficiaries of the social apartment in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
• planning, coordination and ensuring effective interaction with subjects of social work with families and children, bodies and services for children and special institutions for children, state institutions and partner organizations;
• analysis of the performance of indicators and tasks of the work plan;
• reporting on the work carried out within the framework of the project to the project coordinator and participation in the preparation of project reports for the donor.
