Energy efficient project management manager

You will to help us in solving the following tasks:

• Perform financial and technical analysis of energy efficiency projects;
• Perform search/development of energy service and general contracting projects;
• Perform technical and financial calculations with the aim of protecting investment projects committees;
• Provide technical support to related departments during the organization of tenders and during the preparation of contracts with counterparties;
• Perform technical analysis of tender proposals from counterparties;
• Control project implementation at each stage (terms, quality, achievement of performance indicators, etc.);
• Plan payments and receipts in accordance projects;
• Monitor performance indicators of implemented projects;
• Prepare acts and reports from the energy service regarding implemented projects;
• Prepare information for press releases regarding implemented projects;
• Conduct energy audits;
• Conduct negotiations and meetings with customers and by contractors;
• Perform step-by-step control of the scope of work by contractors in accordance with the calendar schedule;
• Perform technical calculation of the specific coefficient and percentage of savings according to the project;
• Draw technical tasks and verification plans for the implementation of projects;
• Compile packages of documents for conducting the tender procedure;
• Control the completion of the period by contractors verifications;
• Control the timely maintenance of equipment and warranty cases;
• Coordinate and participate in the customer's reception committee during the commissioning of facilities.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Higher education (energy management, energy, electrical engineer, thermal engineer, alternative energy, energy auditor in industry);
• Work experience of 5 years or more in technical expertise of projects and project sales;
• Knowledge of technical terminology in English;
• Availability of a driver's license certificate (category B);
• High level of knowledge of Excel (macros);
• Experience of financial and technical analysis of energy efficiency projects;
• Knowledge of the laws of Ukraine "On energy saving", "On the introduction of new investment opportunities, guaranteesthe rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurial activity to carry out large-scale energy modernization" and "On the energy efficiency of buildings";
• Knowledge of the rules for the arrangement of electrical installations;
• Knowledge of the main regulatory and legal acts on issues of electricity, industry and inter-industry regulatory documents on technical and organizational issues of production activity of objects and entities of the electric power industry;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation, technical characteristics, design features of the main energy-intensive equipment of industrial and civil facilities;
• Experience in calculating the specific coefficient and percentage of project savings;
• Experience in managing and conducting energy-efficient projects in industry;
• Skills for working with large volumes of information and figures, analytical abilities.
