The "SAMSON-IF" company invites an ECONOMIC to its team.

We have been selling tobacco products of the largest global corporations for over 22 years. We have a wide range of products from such tobacco companies as: British American Tobacco, Philip Morris International, Imperial Tobacco and Japan Tobacco.

What will you have to do with us?

• Building complex models of the enterprise according to the budget system (Master Budget), taking into account seasonality indices and the specifics of the enterprise.
• Working with formulas and functions:

1. SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS, COUNTIFS, IFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX+MATCH and derivatives
2. Logical and text functions (LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TEXT, CONCAT, TRIM,REPLACE / SUBSTITUTE, etc.)
3. Working with numbers  (INT / MOD;RANK / PERCENTILE / QUARTILE)
4. Logic and checks (IFERROR / IFNA; ISNUMBER / ISTEXT / ISBLANK; AND / OR / NOT )

• Data management:

1. Sorting, filtering, conditional formatting
2. Working with tables (Excel Tables) and structured links
3. Data validation (Data Validation)

• Pivot tables and charts:

1. Building PivotTables and PivotCharts
2. Using Slicers and Timeline for interactivity

• Power Query:

1. Importing data from various sources (CSV, Excel, web)
2. Cleaning, transforming and merging data
3. Building repetitive ETL processes

• Power Pivot / Data Model:

1. Working with data models

• Visualization and presentation:

1. Building understandable graphs and dashboards
2. Use of conditional formatting for accents
3. Design of reports for business users
4. Analysis of sales (monthly, quarterly), Cash Flow (CF) for business plans.
5. Formation of technical tasks for the IT department on setting up reports in the systems.

Desired skills:

VBA / Macros:

Run and adjust simple macros

Integration with other systems:

Using Excel as a preparation tool of data

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in this field - from 3 years.
• Confident user of 1C, Excel.
• Working with large data sets.
• Education in a specialty (Accounting and auditing/Finance/Economics).
• Attention, responsibility, honesty, analytical thinking.
