Employment Project Manager (Coordinator) in Mate academy

We have successfully launched in Poland and Brazil and continue our international expansion. We are now looking for a cool Employment Project Manager (Coordinator), who will directly affect the success of student employment. Required skills: Ability to learn quickly; Ability to motivate and find a common language with different people; English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above ; Systematic and time management skills; Understanding of the market and the IT field in general. Will be a plus: Team coordination experience/leadership experience/recruitment experience; Willingness to understand how technologies work under the hood and willingness to complete our basic courses (HTML/ CSS, JS, SQL, UI/UX design, Python, etc.).Responsibilities: Preparing students for job searches: helping with creating a resume and cover letter, profiles in social networks; Conducting webinars and lectures on the topic of employment and training interviews for students; Supporting students in the process of applying for vacancies and communicating with recruiters; Analyzing the progress of students in job search, the IT market in general; Working with the Partnership team so that students are directly employed in partner companies; Ability to work with Slack, the CRM system and task managers What you will get by working at Mate: Cool mission to help thousands of people become programmers; Corporate culture similar to Google, lack of bureaucracy; Hybrid work from the office in Kyiv (3 days a week from the office / 2 remotely); The office is in the center of Kyiv, completely autonomous and ready to work in any force majeure circumstances in winter.
