We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to take responsibility for email infrastructure and lifecycle communications.
This is a hands-on, technical role focused on building automated scripts, working with HTML email templates and ensuring high deliverability and performance of all campaigns.
You will work closely with the marketing team to implement and optimize key email scenarios that directly affect user engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing the email infrastructure using Klaviyo
- Building and optimizing key email scenarios (welcome, abandoned cart, transactional, retention)
- Creating and maintaining HTML email templates based on ready-made designs
- Management and support of the subscriber base
- Launching email campaigns and newsletters in accordance with best practices
- Setting up and optimizing automated scenarios in Klaviyo
- Ensuring high deliverability (authentication, database quality, segmentation)
- Optimizing the structure of letters and correct display on different devices and in mail services
- Cooperation with marketing and design teams in implementation of campaigns
- Monitoring metrics and continuous improvement of results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email or marketing lifecycle
- Practical experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Strong skills in working with HTML email templates and letter builders
- English - C1 level
- High attention to detail and control quality
- Experience testing letters on various devices and mail services
- Understanding deliverability, segmentation and database management
- Experience building automated lifecycle scenarios
- Analytical thinking and experience with metrics
Will be a plus
- Experience with DTC or lifestyle brands
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
