About the role

Your role is to be the voice of the brand LIGA360's key communication channel is email.
You will not just "send emails", but create personalized, intelligent, automated scenarios that will help users get the most out of our products.

This is an opportunity to work with a large database (over 1 million contacts), implement complex technical logic, see the direct impact of your work on business metrics, and interact with analytics, product, sales, and development teams. 400">

  • Strategy and planning
    • Develop a comprehensive email strategy for the company: promo, content, trigger, cold mailings.
    • with the user at different stages of the life cycle - from the first contact to the renewal of the license.
    • Form the structure of campaigns, distinguish priorities and frequency of communications (anti-spam, anti-duplication, priority of campaigns).
    • Plan A/B tests (topics, content, CTA, sending time, signatures) and manage hypotheses.
    • Together with the team, determine where the trigger logic takes place.
    1. Working with databases
    • Segment the audience by roles, interests, activity, source contact.
    • Configure database cleanliness: validation, deduplication, Suppression Lists, Unsubscribe, Complaint management.
    • Maintain domain health: DKIM, SPF, DMARC, warming and rotation of domains and emails, reputation monitoring.
    1. Automation and technical processes
    • Work with ESP (Ongage, Instantly, eSputnik, Mailchimp, Snov, etc., or similar).
    • Be able to import databases, create triggers, understand integration with API.
    • Configure automatic rotation of senders.
    • Work on the interface of mailing logic (interaction with developers): import of senders, recipients, throttling, timings, triggers, statistics.
    • Test functionality: sending, error handling, analytics by connectors.
    • Work with dynamic variables, tags, API customization (passing parameters from CRM or BI).
    • Use API triggers / webhooks to automatically launch campaigns.
    • Ensure email interaction with CRM (Dynamics 365), analytics (BI) and sales tools.
    1. Content and personalization
      • Create letter texts for B2B audiences (TOP management, lawyers, accountants, lawyers).
      • Create letter templates (HTML + content) clear TK for designers (structure, blocks, CTAs, visual patterns).
      • Use personalization and dynamic variables.
      • Ability to work multi-channel (email + LinkedIn + SMS).
      1. Mailings
      • Plan and launch email campaigns with many senders and domains.
      • Use automatic rotation of sender emails and control sending limits.
      • Ensure the correct logic: so that the client does not receive 10 emails per day and not duplicated in several databases.
      • Test deliverability, avoid spam, monitor reputation health.
      1. Testing and analytics
      • Conduct regular A/B tests (topics, CTA, time, content, senders).
      • Analyze key metrics: Delivery Rate, Open Rate, CTR, CTOR, Reply Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Spam Complaint Rate, Bounce Rate.
      • Keep reports on campaigns and connectors, monitor domain performance, IPs and senders.
      • Report to management.

      Our ideal candidate

      Hard Skills:

      • 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing / Automation.
      • Practical experience working with ESP: Ongage, Instantly, eSputnik, Mailchimp, Snov or similar.
      • Understanding the principles of deliverability, anti-spam algorithms, throttling, warm-up and email rotation / domains.
      • Experience with API integrations.
      • Understanding the logic of trigger chains.
      • Ability to work with large databases (1 million + contacts).
      • Experience in setting up complex automations.
      • Knowledge of analytics tools: Postmaster Tools, SNDS, Google Looker Studio, Power BI.

      • Ability to create engaging texts and adapt them to different audiences.
      • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for analytics (filters, formulas, conversions, reports).
      • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing templates.
      • Experience with CRM (Dynamics 365).

      • Systems thinking - ability to build chains with many variables.
      • Attention to details, aspiration for "system purity".

      • Ability to conduct several campaigns at the same time and control quality at each stage.
      • Self-organization: planning of mailings, deadlines, control of results.
      • Communication - cooperation with Dev, Sales, Product, Marketing.
