Email & Communication Specialist in Frozeneon

We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for creating and sending communications with clients via email, push notifications, and later SMS. The main goal is to maintain effective interaction with customers, increasing their loyalty and engagement. The work involves the use of Customer.io, so experience with this platform is a priority.

Responsibilities:

• Communications via different channels (email, SMS, push notifications)
• Configuration and support of automated communication chains
• Analysis of basic metrics
• Layout of HTML sheets for correct display on different devices (in the editor)

• Audience segmentation for message personalization

Requirements:

• English level - Intermediate or higher (for working with texts)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for letter layout
• Desire to develop in the field of email- marketing and master work with Customer.io
• Ability to analyze simple campaign indicators (open rate, CTR)
