Now we are looking for a Customer Service Manager.< /p>

Requirements: 

• High level of self-organization, responsibility and attention to detail.

• Skills for working with 1C (counterparts, invoices, orders, reports, etc.).

• Skills in Google Sheets, Excel.

• Jira skills/Confluence.

• Experience as an account manager, KAM or in customer service, in logistics is welcome.

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience in IT, manufacturing or R&D will be an advantage.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

• Ability to analyze data, develop reports and make decisionssolutions.
