Education Project Specialist is a person who will work in the direction Genesis for Universities with Alexandra, Partnerships with Universities Lead. Together we will promote positive relations with stakeholders, develop strategies to strengthen the company's brand in universities, create opportunities for students and teachers, implement educational projects and training programs.

Direction deals with:

• Partner programs of informal education with Kyiv School of Economics, Taras Shevchenko KNU, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy:Software Engineering School, School of Digital Business, Entrepreneurship School. 

• Розвитком системи Всеукраїнських освітніх курсів-стажувань — спільного проєкту з Міністерством цифрової трансформації та Міністерством освіти та науки України. 

• Створенням нових та оновленням наявних навчальних дисциплін.

• Десятками інших проєктів у співпраці з університетами для освітян та студентів. 

У зоні відповідальності на цій позиції: 

• Побудова та менеджмент партнерських відносин із університетами у м. Львів 

• Створення та координування партнерських програми неформальної освіти

• Internship, career guidance, etc. projects for students

• Other separate partnership projects with various stakeholders (businesses, universities, NGOs, student organizations)

The list of Education Project Specialist tasks includes (but is not limited to):

• Turnkey coordination of educational products already launched by the team for universities.

• Development of educational programs for educational projects and initiatives within their field.

• Creating new projects.

• Working with stakeholders: university representatives, Genesis employees at all levels, students.

• Development of a strategy for attracting top candidates from universities.

• Be a central point of communication within individual projects. 

• Dive into business processes and features of the product IT market, creation of educational products and operational features of universities.

• Learn a lot and actively. 

• Constantly explore, look for new solutions, process large amounts of information, make decisions and be the owner of processes. 

What background, skills and experience will you need:

• You have completed higher education or are in the process of completing your studies.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in creating or coordinating educational projects, online courses, or experience working with educational products.

• An alternative is work in NGOs, youth organizations with examples of successful project implementation.

• You know how to independently organize your work, projects and prioritize tasks, learn quickly.

• High focus on cooperation, organization, attentiveness. 

• Strong communication skills

• Project management experience, the ability to coordinate several processes at the same time.

What experience would be relevant in this position (but not limited to):

• Production of courses

• Creation and coordination of educational programs, educational projects

• Projects in the areas of employer brand management, talent acquisition, career guidance projects.
