Key tasks:

• Calculation and calculation of wages and bonuses based on KPI
• Reporting on the salary fund , numbers
• Realization of plan-fact analysis, payroll
• Development and updating of organizational structures

We expect you to have:

• Higher economic or financial education
• Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position/functionality
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting
• Knowledge of the basics of personnel accounting
• Confident user of 1C 8.3, Excel, Visio
• Ability to work with large amounts of information
• Analytical mindset, attentiveness, ability and desire to work in team, a high degree of responsibility and self-organization
