Administrator of an eco-products store (no experience) in Code Innovators Solution

We are looking for an administrator in an eco-products store who will be responsible for the daily operation of the store, quality service and organization of all processes.

This is a role for a person who is close to the topics of a healthy lifestyle, ecology and conscious consumption. It is you who create an atmosphere of trust where customers want to return.

What you will do:

Work with customers:

• Advise customers about products (composition, benefits, features)

• Help with product selection

• Create a high level of service and trust

• Work with regular customers

Sales and cash register:

• Conducting sales

• Controlling the cash register

• Implementing the sales plan

Organizing the store:

• Monitor cleanliness and order

• Control display of goods

• Maintain an attractive appearance of the store

Working with goods:

• Accepting deliveries

• Control of expiration dates

• Accounting of goods

• Control of balances

Support processes:

• Communication with suppliers

• Help in the internal processes of the store

• Participation in the development of the assortment (optional)

Who we are looking for:

• A person who is close to the topic of eco and healthy lifestyle

• Responsible and attention to detail

• Communicative and friendly

• Initiative and organized

• Experience in sales will be a plus, but not mandatory

Conditions:

• Salary: from 40,000 to 45,000 UAH

• Schedule: full time, 5/2, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Stable salary payment
