Content manager, assistant manager (SMM, AI, IT, B2B, SaaS) in CallsApp Ukraine

CallsApp UA is a Ukrainian IT company in the field of business communications, VoIP and AI solutions. We help businesses sell faster, process customer inquiries better and build system communication processes in Ukraine and Europe.

We are growing — and we need a person who will help transform ideas and strategy into real materials, content and company presence on the Internet.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an active content manager / marketing coordinator, which:

• not afraid of different tasks;
• likes pace and result;
• knows how to work with his hands, not just talk;
• wants to grow together with the IT business.

This is a role under the head of the company, with direct communication, quick decisions and a real impact on the development of CallsApp UA.

Main tasks (80% of time)

1. Content and presence on the Internet

• Creation of content using AI: posts, articles, case studies, short advertising texts.
• Posting information about the company and services on external sites (directories, platforms, profiles, communities).
• Update descriptions of services, pages, materials so that the information is always relevant.

2. Social networks (operational)

• Preparation of the content plan.
• Regular publications (posts, stories, short formats).
• Packaging news, cases, product updates.

3. Materials for sales

• Preparation and updating of presentations, one-pagers, commercial offers.
• Adaptation of materials for various sales and partnership tasks.

Additionally (10-20% of the time)

• Help with the search for candidates: research, initial contact, collection of answers, organization of interviews.
• Search for bloggers, experts, platforms for publications and collaborations.
• Preparation of lists of partners and contacts for further work.

What is important for us

• Ability to work quickly, in a structured manner and bring tasks to a conclusion.
• Confident work with Google Docs / Sheets / Slides.
• Skills in working with Figma (or Canva, Photoshop, at a basic level).
• Ability to use ChatGPT / AI to generate texts, structure and ideas.
• Communicability, responsibility, discipline.

Experience in marketing, SMM or content is a plus. But more critical is your activity, pace and desire to achieve results.

Will be a plus

• Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS or Telecom.
• Ability to shoot simple videos (Reels / Shorts) for work content.
• Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana.

What will your first month look like

• Update key presentations and marketing materials.
• Start a regular rhythm of publications in social networks.
• You will prepare and publish the first articles/case studies.
• You will create a list of sites where the company should be represented, and start posting.
