We invite you to the E-commerce project manager team

Main duties:

• Launch of an online store and a mobile application for customers.
• Organization of omnichannel sales (online/offline interaction).
• Implementation of a project for product delivery and pickup from existing supermarkets.
• Collection and analysis of requirements from key stakeholders.
• Development of detailed terms of reference for a team of developers, integrators and other participants of the project.
• Control of compliance with the technical task at all stages of implementation.
• Development of a detailed project plan taking into account deadlines, budget and resources.
• Setting tasks for the team and monitoring them execution.
• Coordination of the work of all involved departments (IT, logistics, marketing, operational departments).
• Organization of regular meetings with project participants to monitor execution works.
• Interaction with technology suppliers, contractors and external consultants.
• Ensuring customer requirements are met and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
• Working together with UX /UI designers and developers to create a convenient interface for customers.
• Setting tasks for integration with WMS, CRM and ERP systems.
• Implementation personalization of the customer experience with the help of analytical data.
• Monitoring metrics (conversion, average check, purchase frequency).
• Implementing changes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Audit of logistics and customer processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 3 years of work experience as a project manager in e-commerce or IT.
• Successful launch of an online store or mobile application for customers.
• Experience in FMCG retail will be an advantage.
• Higher education (economics, management, IT or related areas).
• Availability of certificates in the field project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) will be a plus.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce processes (logistics, marketing, customer service).
• Ability to develop and structure technical tasks (TOR) .
• Experience with WMS, ERP, CRM, CMS systems.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
• High responsibility and result-oriented.
• Developed communication and team management skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to systematize processes.
• Knowledge of toolsobject management (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Experience in implementing IT solutions, including API integration.
• Skills for working with data and basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) .
