E-commerce manager in Talent Search

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join the team (online sales of cosmetics).

Direction of the company — Manufacturer of high-quality cosmetics face, body and hair care. Over the years of fruitful work, the product production process has absorbed all the components of unconditional success: a modern technological base, a staff of highly qualified specialists, the most important scientific developments and ecologically clean raw materials, on the basis of which the production of all products is carried out.

Location: there are offices in Kyiv, in Dnipro (we are considering remote format of cooperation).

The job of E-commerce Manager will suit you, if:

- You have experience in the field of cosmetics or care products (will be a big plus)

.- You have work experience: at least 2 years of work with Rozetka, Makeup, Maudau, UA Made marketplaces or similar platforms.

- Content work skills: ability to create quality product cards, knowledge of SEO basics for e-commerce

- Analytical abilities: the ability to work with Excel, analytical tools (Google Analytics, internal systems of marketplaces).

- Understanding the principles of marketplaces and their algorithms (sales, promotion, filters).

- Knowledge basics of Internet marketing: contextual advertising, SMM, targeting - will be an advantage

.- High level of responsibility, proactive approach to solving tasks.- Literacy and clarity in communication.

The main tasks that will be faced by the E-commerce manager:

• Sales management on Rozetka, Makeup, Maudau, UA Made and other platforms. 

• Placing, optimizing and updating products (content, photos, descriptions, SEO tags). • Monitoring of sales, analysis of statistics, development of a strategy for increasing sales volumes.

• Support of price policy, control of promotions, discounts and other promotional activities. • Work with customer feedback: analysis, responses, formation of a strategy to improve brand reputation. 

• Communication with representatives of the platforms, solving technical issues.

• Control of balances in warehouses and timely updating of information about the availability of goods.
