We are currently looking for a specialist in product On time.EDO.

About the team:

Marketing team Consists of four departments in time:

  • content (team leader, copywriter, content marketer and designer, agency that creates content for social networks)
  • performance (SEO specialist , mail marketer, PPC specialist)
  • product marketing department (3 marketers, and we are still looking for this department person)
  • comm team (event, PR and production)

What is important for this role:

  • understanding of the basic principles and tools of B2B or B2C marketing when working with IT products;
  • possess systems thinking, an analytical approach in forming hypotheses and evaluating work tasks;
  • be a good manager: proactive, be able to build processes, select the best ideas and bring them to life, take responsibility;
  • understand the peculiarities of the market, know how to communicate, be able to convey the essence of messages is simple and clear;
  • to understand approaches to customer segmentation and the ability to work with ICP (ideal customer portrait) and CJM (customer journey map);
  • understand Internet marketing tools for attracting and retaining customers, be able to calculate their effectiveness;
  • be a good communicator and team player: organize a work group, distribute tasks, take into account the opinion of all parties for a better solution.

Will be an advantage:

  • flexibility, willingness to work in change mode, not be afraid to expand your role, grow and develop, take on new responsibilities;
  • ability to independently evaluate work results, present your ideas;
  • experience in the field of B2B marketing or e -commerce.

Tasks:

  • set up effective lead generation for the sales department with the help of marketing channels and activities;
  • communicate and shape the value proposition for the product for different customer segments based on their needs;
  • conduct verification and testing of hypotheses with the goal of improving the product for the customer;< /li>
  • closely interact with the sales department, analysts, research team, designers and product marketer, seo specialist, department content, email marketer, PR, events;
  • take responsibility for project results, decision-making and meeting deadlines;
  • build communication according to tone of voice;
  • li>independently andimplement marketing activities with the help of the team;
  • launch joint projects with partners;
  • predict and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities;
  • manage all digital marketing tools and channels of the project .

Stages of selection:

  • final interview.
