In this position you will lead and develop the overall agenda via strategic partnerships with online retailers, platforms and cross section of industry stakeholders. Support the local teams lead bricks&clicks with the Key Account team. Connect Brand and Sales to further drive online execution, winning vs competition with integrated plans areas.
This role is directly responsible for pure online retailers, but also to deliver the ecommerce strategy and guide to all regional players (Bricks & Clicks) across the country.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Develop the customer/channel strategy for Ukraine. Build and maintain relationship with key players. Lead the negotiations and follow up of business. Train/engage KAMs on POSA/Bricks and Clicks strategy and tools, also together with KA Head. Key point of contact with HQ on all topics E-Commerce.
Responsibilities
Lead the ecommerce strategic agenda, driving the right focus and top management involvement. Work with customers of all sizes in effectively and creatively winning with consumers and shoppers through balance between in-platform execution, and the right promotional plan. Consistency and alignment between across areas and key stakeholders. Manage different investments buckets (Trade and media investments). Drive growth FAST while maintaining channel’s profitability and execution improvements.
INTEGRATION AND INFLUENCE
Responsible for interaction and involvement with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Key Account teams, seeking strategic consistency and alignment between areas. Collaborate with other organizational touch points for mutual goals and benefits.
TARGETS
Responsible for achieving established goals of the department such as expansion of customers base, traffic and sell out growth, perfect online execution, as well as overall commercial, brand marketing and corporate goals.
BUSINESS PLAN
Responsible for the Ecommerce BP within all metrics (Strategic, financial, resources, calendars) including co-creation of Bricks & Clicks BP with KAMs.
