Welfare is a chain of shoe stores with a long history. We are actively developing the online direction and are looking for a leader who will lead our online store, fill it with new ideas and ensure stable sales growth.

We offer:

• Schedule: 5/2, standard working day in the office (Kyiv).

What you will do:

• Development of sales: Building an online store growth strategy (site, marketplaces, social networks).

• Marketing management: Control of advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (work with contractors and internal specialists).

• Analytics: Analysis of site visits, advertising effectiveness and reasons why customers buy or leave the site without buying .

We are looking for you if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience managing an online store (experience in the field of shoes or clothing will be a huge plus).

• You understand how internet advertising works and how to evaluate its results in numbers.

• You confidently work with numbers in tables (Excel / Google Sheets).

• You understand the specifics of the shoe business: seasonal collections, size grids and returns.

• You are a responsible leader who knows how to organize the work of a team and bring things to a result.
