Driver recruiter (logistics, US market) in Homeland Transport

Homeland Transport is an American logistics company that has been on the market since 2012. Our activity is cargo transportation on the territory of the USA and Canada. We try to provide the best service to all our customers.

We are currently expanding our staff for the position of Driver Recruiter

Our ideal candidate: energetic, persistent, with a good command of the English language (of course, in the process of communicating with live speakers every day your level of language proficiency will increase, but you should already have a more or less confident base) and be ready to learn a lot and use the acquired knowledge at work.

• Willingness to work in a team and have such skills as: punctuality, responsibility, communication, multitasking, stress resistance, organization.

What will need to be done:

• Search for and hire drivers;
• Keep driver documents up-to-date, if necessary, update them in our crm-system;
• Monitor and analyze resources for placing ads;
• Call new applicants about conducting an interview with them;
• Provide quality support to drivers in solving current issues.
