The South-Western interregional administration of the State Labor Service is a territorial body of the State Service of Ukraine on of labor subordinate to it.

The powers of the Interregional Administration extend to the territory of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil and Chernivtsi regions.

The main tasks of the Interregional Administration are:

1) implementation of state policy in the spheres of industrial safety, labor protection, occupational hygiene, handling of industrial explosive materials, implementation of state mining supervision, as well as in matters of supervision and control in compliance with the legislation on labor, employment of the population, mandatory state social insurance in terms of the appointment, calculation and payment of assistance, compensation, provision of social services and other types of material support in order to observe the rights and guarantees of insured persons;

2) implementation of comprehensive management of labor protection and industrial safety at the interregional level;

C) implementation of state supervision and control in the field of activity related to objects of increased danger.

Main duties:

      1) Participation in the implementation of state supervision (control) of compliance

with the legislation on occupational hygiene by legal entities, in including their structural and separate subdivisions, which are not legal entities, and natural persons who use hired labor;

      2) Participation in the implementation of state supervision (control) in the field of occupational hygiene, including the factors of the industrial environment and production operations, the presence and performance of which can harm the health of employees, the implementation of measures to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases, compliance with sanitary requirements norms and rules, timely implementation of preventive measures aimed at preventing the harmful effects of factors

of the production environment and labor process, preserving the health of employees, the availability of mandatory medical examinations of employees;

      3) Participation in the implementation of state supervision (control) of compliance with labor protection legislation in the area of occupational hygiene, including issues of security employees with special clothes, special shoes and other means of individual and collective protection;

        4) Participation in training (including special) and testing of knowledge on occupational hygiene;

      5) Participation in the organization of testing of equipment and materials, technical inspection of equipment, machines, mechanisms, equipment of increased danger, independent examination of design and construction documentation for compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on occupational hygiene;diseases and poisonings, drawing up sanitary-

hygienic characteristics of working conditions for further determination of the connection between the disease and working conditions;

Basic requirements:

• For conscripts, it is mandatory to have a military registration document;
• Fluent command of the state language (written and oral);
• No criminal record.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in the field of occupational health and hygiene;
• Availability of competencies: result orientation, teamwork, attention to detail.
• Confident PC user;
• Readiness for business trips.
