Responsibilities:

1. Working with tenants: monitoring rent and utility payments, compliance contracts and operating rules of the shopping center, attracting new tenants, concluding contracts,

2. Financial activity: control of financial plans, optimization of costs and increase of profit,

3. Personnel management: recruitment of personnel, control of personnel work (housekeeping, cleaners, janitor, security), personnel training,

4. Operation and safety: organization of technical maintenance of the shopping center (elevator, escalators, heating, lighting, doors, fire system, ventilation system, water supply and sewage system, generator, etc.), monitoring of compliance with labor protection rules, fire safety and norms security,

5. Marketing: none">work on the visibility of the shopping center,control over the maintenance of the shopping center's calendar,

6. reporting in a timely manner, according to the schedule requirement,

7. Other.

Requirements for of the candidate

1. Work experience:ion: none">from 2 years old,
