We are scaling so we are looking for a Sr Brand Managerfor QUOKKA
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for marketing strategy, growth and key KPIs
Build scalable marketing systems and coordinate work with Product, Sales, NPD and Creative
Ensure unified and coordinated implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels: Amazon, DTC and social networks
Develop content and creative company network (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), test and scale effective formats
Build and scale creator / affiliate direction
Control the production of marketing materials (videos, listings, messaging)
Support Retail & B2B marketing (presentations, positioning, conversion)
Organize participation in key exhibitions (Nuremberg, New York, Los Angeles)
Develop retention and lifecycle marketing (email, repeat purchases)
Integrate marketing with product ecosystem development (app)
Key Requirements
Experience in consumer product marketing
Experience scaling marketing and teams
Engl B2-C1
Strong leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of short-form video and performance creative
Experience working with creators / influencers / affiliates
Success Metrics
