We invite you to join the team in the position of Director of the Project Office of Strategic Initiatives and Transformation JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".< /p>

Functional duties:

• Maintenance of an up-to-date portfolio (register) of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Coordination of monitoring and analysis of the status of implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Organization of the creation and coordination of the work of project groups.
• Performance of a preliminary analysis of strategic initiatives and projects (availability of resources for implementation, amount of necessary investments, expected financial and non-financial effects, risks, etc.) and providing recommendations regarding the priorities of their implementation, in accordance with the goals and strategy.
• Organization of unification and standardization of project management processes and strategic initiatives in structural units, with the aim of improving the quality of implementation of projects and strategic initiatives and shortening the terms of their implementation.
• Organization of audits of projects and strategic initiatives as necessary and initiated by management.
• Ensuring the development of project management methodology and strategic initiatives.
• Monitoring and control of the implementation of individual projects and strategic initiatives.
• Monitoring and control of the implementation of transformation and reform projects from the regional structure to business segments.
• Organization of preparation of materials for decision-making by company bodies on issues related to activities of the Department or the implementation of individual projects of the company.
• Organization of preparation of relevant reports and analytical materials on issues that are within the competence of the project office.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of project management, management, economics, engineering or other relevant field (master's, specialist level).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a managerial position or similar with relevant job duties in companies with annual turnover (income) of an amount of more than 40 million euros.

• Experience in preparing analytical reports, presentations and other documents for senior management.

• Experience in managing teams, including recruitment and training.

• Experience in managing and implementing projects of capital construction, construction andoperation of industrial facilities, implementation of complex IT systems (for example, ERP) will be an advantage.
