We are RE'LUX movie restaurant, we are looking for a person who dreams of being a restaurateur, but does not yet dare or does not have the opportunity to open his own business. We need a leader with strategic business thinking who knows how to make bold decisions, build effective processes and form powerful teams. We need someone who has a genuine love for customers, good food, coffee, cocktails, wine and movies and cinemas.
What you will do:
- quality control and improvement: kitchen, bar, food, beverage, service;
- initiate, monitor and implement new positions for the kitchen and bar;
- team development: motivation, training, adaptation, control, close and friendly communication, increasing involvement and initiative at all levels, including regions;
- visual component and identity: interior development, comfort and coziness of establishments, product presentation, team appearance; work on the ordering application, the development of the RE'LUX and NoSpoiler brand;.
- finance and efficiency: together with the finance department, make forecasts and budgets for the year, quarter, month, analyze financial and operational indicators, increase margins, reduce costs and costs, increase profits;
- implement and maintain processes that guarantee freshness, quality and efficiency operations;
- control of compliance with standards, standardization of processes at all RE'LUX points;
- marketing and promotion: creation of videos about food and bar for display on screens aimed at increasing sales; cooperation with the content department and the company's studio;
- collaborations: temporary partnerships with other chefs, restaurants and bars of Ukraine.
You are suitable for us if:
- you have 2-3 years of restaurant or F&B management experience years;
- worked with teams of 30+ people and know how to build system work;
- understand operational processes: kitchen, bar, service, standardization, HACCP;
- know how to work with finances: P&L, food cost, write-offs, cost price, EBITDA;
- quickly make decisions and know how to stabilize work even at peak moments;
- know how to build processes and monitor their execution;
- communicate clearly, succinctly and professionally.
